Welcome to our Online Entry System for Southeast Weld County Fair August 7-10, 2025   ALL projects must be registered online. Projects not registered online will not be accepted!   **Online Entries will close at midnight on July 25th.** Late entries will be accepted July 26-31 for a late fee of $20/class. No entries will be accepted following July 31.   Before you begin, you will need to review the information and rules on the website at https://southeastweldcountyfairgrounds.com/exhibitors/.  There are several changes to the rules so review them carefully!   Steps to create entries: ⦁ If this is your first visit to this website this year, you will need to register as an exhibitor. ⦁ Click the Sign In button at the top of the screen. This will take you to the Sign In Page where you will select the type of Exhibitor. ⦁ The next screen to display is the Registration Page. On the Registration Page, you will enter your First Name, Last Name, and choose "I Am a New Exhibitor or have not registered this year". ⦁ Click continue to proceed with the registration process. Please follow the directions on each page to complete the registration/entry process. ⦁ If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent/guardian's approval to enter. Completing your entry acknowledges you have received permission.   If you need assistance with your entry, please contact registration_sewcf@outlook.com.   When your entry is complete, print your registration as proof of entry time and date and bring it with you to fair check-in.   **Market Livestock Exhibitors Only** You may register five SEWCF nominated animals per species but you may only bring three of each species to show.
